BEYOND THE ROPES
A personal project I've been working on that lives close to my heart.
I’ve been spending a lot of time at indie wrestling shows this year, documenting the matches as well as what goes on behind the scenes. My dad was a professional wrestler and I grew up with a wrestling ring in my backyard so attending indie shows was a normal part of my life. Looking back, I realize how lucky I am to have had such a unique upbringing. I wanted to reconnect with those roots and work on a personal project that reflects what my childhood was like. It’s been an absolute blast, and I’ve met so many amazing people along the way. Everyone involved in these shows does it for the love of wrestling, which creates such a special, vibrant energy in the room. Here’s a little preview of my project. More to come soon
